When you tear open the RIEVO packaging, we want you to be thrilled, delighted and completely satisfied with what’s inside. In the unlikely event that you are not, we will be happy to offer a refund.
OUR POLICY
You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item. Refunds ＆exhange will be proceed and verify within 7 working days starting from the day we receive your returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.
If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated to our customer service officer. If it’s valid, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase.
If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and simply visit any of our retail stores or contact our customer service officer.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Items should be returned unused, clean, not cut into any shapes and with all tags attached and in its original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
Please note the cost of the return is the customer responsibility and the original shipping costs are not refundable. The only exclusion will be when our Rievo specialist sent the wrong product to you including wrong car model, wrong combination of edges or a wrong product.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
